We're seeking young, dynamic and detail-oriented Professionals to join our teams on construction project sites in Hyderabad and Chennai to support and contribute to our project's success.
Project Planning Engineers
As a Planning Engineer at our Construction Projects, you'll play a key role in Project Planning, Scheduling, Progress Monitoring and Control apart from enabling the project's success.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Planning and Scheduling :
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS project.
- Understanding project scope and objectives in collaboration with project managers and team members and Creating work schedules and budgets.
- Coordinating project activities and sequencing them for optimal efficiency.
- Effective Planning of resources (personnel, materials, equipment).
- Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.
2. Progress Monitoring and Control :
- Monitoring project progress against the schedule and updating schedules accordingly.
- Identifying potential issues and delays and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials and services from suppliers and contractors.
- Documenting project progress and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Managing project budgets and tracking costs.
- Reviewing and approving project plans developed by subcontractors.
- Analyzing project data to identify trends and improve future project planning.
Requirements :
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Addl Qualification in Planning
- Experience : 3+ Years in Project Planning
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation :
- Salary 35000+

Project Store Keepers
As a Store Keeper at our Construction Projects' Stores, you'll play a vital role in managing inventory, ensuring efficient logistics, and supporting our project's success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain inventory records
- Ensure accurate stock levels and reporting
- Coordinate with procurement team
- Maintain store premises
Requirements :
- Qualification : Any degree
- Experience : 1+ Years in store management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation :
- Salary : 17000+
